High Protein Cookies

High protein cookies
This recipe is so easy that you can make it in no time.  And I must say they taste good too.  For each batch I use one scoop of chocolate protein powder and half a cup of flax seed.  Then add water to bring it to a batter consistency.  If you want you can add a little cinnamon too. That's it!  Scoop a tablespoon at a time and transfer to a cookie sheet.  They will be very flat so will bake in no time.  Pre- heat the oven to 400 and bake the cookies for about 10 minutes. 

If you like, you can also add a handful of bran buds (all bran cereal) or half a cup of wheat bran to the batter.  These cookies are delicious and not too sweet.
