This blog is about fitness and nutrition. I will talk about fitness and exercise and hopefully get you to think about it as an integral part of your day and your life. So if someone asks you if you exercised today you can say, 'well I ate breakfast (or lunch) and yes I exercised'. I want to inspire you to exercise and not think about it as a chore but something that will physically, emotionally and spiritually will make you feel so great that you won't be able to not exercise. Nutrition... everyday, we hear something new about what to eat. Actually it's pretty simple and I will try to separate myth from fact.
