I made a few changes to her original idea and as you will see sky is the limit. Change it as you please!! Mine was warm and more like oatmeal.
1. 1 scoop of protein powder
2. 1/4 cup of warm water or warm milk
3. Half a banana (optional)
4. Handful of blueberries or blackberries (optional)
5. Handful of nuts (optional)
6. Two tablespoons of flax seed
7. Two tablespoons of wheat bran
8. 1 packet of Splenda
What a delicious cereal you will never see advertised on T.V.
