Do you have the commitment to:
1. exercise most days of the week for at least an hour
2. Limiting your consumption of processed foods (I like to call them pantry foods)
3. limiting consumption of sugar
4. Increasing your consumption of vegetables and fruits (by a lot)
5. making vegetables and fruits your main dishes, not side dishes
6. Avoiding any food with the word enchiladas
7. Avoiding any restaurant that has a drive-thru
8. Avoiding any food stuff that has high fructose corn syrup
