Frozen Delight

Here is a very easy recipe for a wonderful and healthy dessert.  Fill a small bowl with your choice of frozen berries such as blueberries or blackberries.  Pour milk on top and add a packet of splenda.  The milk surrounding the frozen fruit starts to freeze and you get a slushy delicious milk around the berries and the splenda sweetens the whole thing.  It is so good and filling.  I have been using the Silk almond milk which has 60 calories per cup and a fewer carbohydrates than regular milk.

You can also fill up an ice cream cone with this mixture, it is quite satisfying.

For those of you who saw my facebook page and watched the 'meet your meat' video... no I am not a vegetarian or a vegan but we all should be concerned about where our meat, eggs and milk come from.
