Flax seed Bread With Oat Bran

This recipe was originally blogged about by Chris Shughart on Tnation.com.  I have tweaked it and made it mine...  This is what you will need:

2 cups ground flax seed (flax seed meal)- Here in Waco, I know that HEB carries it, but also you can purchase it at the Drug Emporium.
1/2 cup oat bran
2 whole eggs
1/2 cup egg substitute (egg whites)
a pinch of salt
4 packets of Splenda
1 tablespoon of cinnamon
a pinch of cardamon

Mix these ingredients together, then slowly add enough water to bring to a cake batter consistency. Pour into a shallow oven-safe dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

This bread has protein and good fats provided by flax seed and additionally it has fiber which is in oat bran.  Put your favorite jelly on it or a little cream cheese.  Totally easy to make and very delicious.
