A new challenge at the gym: cut your talking and socializing by half, and see what you can actually achieve! Your workout will be harder even if you don't change anything else, simply by focusing on your workout an not taking too many breaks. Too often I see people who come into the gym and find someone they know and start talking and there have been times when I'm working out for at least 30 or so minutes and turn around to see them STILL talking.
