
Yesterday I made another batch of my high protein bread. It is so good, delicious and easy. Here is the recipe; it is basically the same as the last one, except with a few little tweaks.
- 2-3 scoops of chocolate protein powder (I used All-the Whey protein blend)
- 1/4 cup wheat bran
- 2 tbs milled flax seed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of cardamon
To the dry ingredients add enough water to bring it to a creamy cake batter-like consistency. That is it! Bake it in the oven at 400 for about 30 t0 40 minutes. If you use 2 scoops,the entire chocolate bread has 290 calories. In case of 3 scoops you add another 104
calories to the loaf.
