Grass-Fed Stew Meat With Okras and Tomatoes

Recently I used a pound of stew meat and sauteed it in two tablespoons of olive oil and fresh tomatoes.  I also added a can of Rotel tomatoes. Then added sliced frozen okra that had been sitting in a little bit of lemon juice and 2 cups of water (to get rid of the slime!!)- The entire dish from start to finish took less than 30 minutes.
